Debora is the Director of Supply Chain at Skorpios Technologies, Inc., an innovator in heterogeneous integration of silicon photonic technology and semiconductor development. Debora is responsible for the management of the company’s incoming supply chains, logistics and internal distribution functions in order to create competitive advantage in material costs, responsiveness, inventory, and logistics costs. She creates, plans, directs, and oversees the overall supply chain strategies of the company including supplier selection, assessment and management, tactical procurement, logistics, and distribution.  As a key member of the executive team, Debora participates in the development of corporate strategic planning, objective setting, and execution. Provides leadership and direction by working closely with all functional areas of the company to establish and manage revenue growth, profitability and inventory.

Prior to joining Skorpios Technologies Inc, Debora was a Senior Supply Site Specialist with the Defense and Aerospace division of Honeywell, a leading organization that has been at the forefront of both military and civilian aviation advancement. Debora has extensive experience in the areas of Lean Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, ERP implementation, Manufacturing and Material Planning and Control. She has worked in a variety of industries ranging from food, silicon photonics, textile, electronics, RFID, medical, solar energy, aerospace and defense, in South America, the Middle East and the United States.

Debora has been part of the APICS Albuquerque Chapter for the past 10 years, holding positions of President, Director of Programs and Director of Finance. Throughout her career she has been an active member of APICS, deploying business tools and solutions grounded in the APICS body of knowledge resources and best-in-class technologies. Debora holds a B. Sc. degree in Industrial Engineering from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology, and a Master in Business Administration from Monmouth University.  She also holds a CPIM, CSCP and Six Sigma Black Belt certifications.

Kimberly D. Apodaca is currently a Buyer/Planner for AMRI (Formerly Oso Bio Pharmaceutical) a Pharmaceutical Contract Manufacturer.   She moved to Albuquerque, NM in 1996 where she joined Gulton Aerospace Systems (Formerly Goodrich Aerospace) which gave her extensive experience is Aerospace and Defense.  After spending 4 years in the Contracts Administration Department she moved on to explore other opportunities which lead her to her passion for Logistics and Analytics in Supply Chain Management where she stays committed.

Kimberly has over 20 years of experience in Buying, Planning, Scheduling, Production Control, Lean Manufacturing, Customer Service and Inventory Management.  She is ACE Certified as an Associate.  Kimberly currently serves as Director of Administration in the APICS Albuquerque Chapter, has been a board member since 2014 and is dedicated to improving member experience, and promoting activities that aim in member retention and participation.

Human Resource Generalist. 20+ years of Supply Chain Management.  Previously the co-owner of Richmond Products, Inc., an Ophthalmic test and supply manufacturer.  BA Business Computer systems from UNM, MBA General Management from Babson College, Wellesley, MA.
